Korean original product 100% pure extracted from the roots of ginseng (Panax ginseng Meyer) cultivated with great care for six years.

INGREDIENTS

Content of saponin (Ginsenosides) Rg1 + Rb1 + Rg3: 6.0 mg/g

DIRECTIONS:
Frequency of use: 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and in the afternoon an hour after meals.
Recommended intake: 1 cup of tea at a time.
Preparation: in a pan put 1 liter of water and simmer on low heat a root of 20g (if you prefer, add 3 g of ginger and 3 of Jujube fruit, to make it good and healthy tisane), with lid closed to halve the amount of water contained. You will get an infusion concentrated Ginseng pure to drink. The root can be reused up to 3 times, repeating the same process. Finally, the root can be eaten.
Note: under 15 years halve the dose
